Q. I haven’t exercised in years and I am overweight will the class be suitable for me?
A. Absolutely. The Class is suitable for everyone, whatever your level of fitness. It is important to workout at a level that is comfortable for you. You should never be out of breath when exercising, if so you are working too hard.
Q What do I wear?
A. Whatever you feel comfortable wearing. T Shirt, baggy bottoms whatever. The most important thing is your footwear. A good pair of trainers are ideal to give you support when you exercise.
Q Do I need a partner?
A. No. The class is not a Salsa dance class so no partner required! We exercise using Salsa steps and fantastic Salsa music!!
Q Will this help if I want to lose weight?
A. Definitely. The class will give you a good fat burning workout, helping you to feel good and look good.
